The solar panels on top of the utility poles in photo eleven look new (or at least I haven't noticed them before). I imagine they are only used to power the street lights?

yeah they just put those in recently all over Essex County. I guess they wanted more targets for destructive kids with rocks seeing how there is almost nothing left in Overbrook to break. Some kids even broke the bulletproof post office glass in admin!
