The Garden Church was created by EsseXploreR
Construction began in 1849 for this beautiful Roman Catholic church, making it one of the oldest abandoned buildings I have ever been in. It closed in 1995, and has been sitting empty ever since. The detail in the ceiling was an amazing sight to see in person. The expression on my face must have been similar to the handful of Spanish guys who watched us traipse around the decaying structure through a window.
