I don't know if anyone here has ever been (I'm sure someone has) but in building 11 you can get onto the roof. we just figured it out last week. Its funny really, every time we go theirs always something new to see.

at one point they were windows but there gone noe thanks to assholes and nature

Actually, I think they were copper vents of some sorts and the started to remove them for scrap. I could be wrong though. But that's also why a lot of the gutters are missing also.

Yep, I believe you're correct. Last summer when the hospital was being gutted, all the valuable metals such as copper were removed, many of the vents on the roof were made from copper and quickly removed.
